Any customer who wishes to place orders online must formally register with us so that we can ensure we have accurate and up-to-date contact information and that the terms and conditions for online trading have been read and agreed to.

Why can't I view all of my orders?
For reasons of security your online account is managed separately from any previously existing account. Therefore this site only permits you to view orders which have been placed online via this site.

How can I cancel my subscription?
Journal subscriptions may only be cancelled according to each publisher's individual policy and before any issues have been despatched. To cancel a subscription please send an email to CustomerServices@turpin-distribution.com or call us on +44 (0) 1767 604951

Where can I enter my VAT number?
Once you have registered or logged in you may enter or modify your VAT number on the My Account page. You are also given the opportunity to do this when you proceed to the Checkout.
